Big Red Resilience and Well-being coaches have a new option for well-being coaching. An in-person 'walking session' will be added as a new option for students to receive their well-being coaching. This new style of appointment removes the barrier that phones and Zoom sometimes create - which prevent students from having a true person-to-person connection with their well-being coach - while still keeping everyone safe. Walking sessions will take place outdoors and both individuals must wear face coverings.
