New Enterprise Software Now Available

In order to give the campus greater access to enterprise software, the University will no longer require individual license purchases from the NEware store starting January 1, 2021. This change will allow anyone to acquire the available licenses for no additional expense. Widely used software will be included in the administrative cost pool, under the Incentive-Based Budget Model, (IBBM).

Procurement, ITS and Financial Services are collaborating to build a website and workflow to support the access and maintenance of enterprise software. End users can request the enterprise software and distributed IT staff will assist the end user with installing the software through their computer’s Software Center (PC) or Self Service (Mac). Questions regarding request processes specific to your academic or administrative unit should be directed to your business office or distributed IT staff.
