DocuSign Now Used By Procurement Contracts Team

The Procurement Contracts Team is happy to announce that they now have DocuSign. This tool will help facilitate and move the contract signature process along, as well as more easily send out fully executed copies to all parties involved with the contract. DocuSign is widely accepted in the U.S. and internationally – Julie Hopp just used DocuSign to obtain a contract signature from someone in China! The app is pretty straight-forward and guides users through the process. As always, the Procurement Contracts Team is available to answer questions.
