UNL has sponsored a cost-per-copy program for over 15 years. In that time, we went from more than 13 brands of equipment and 9 suppliers to one Prime Supplier Contract with Canon Solutions.
A few notes regarding this contract:
*No minimums and no charge for scanning
*ALL toner, supplies, maintenance and training are covered in per-copy charges
*Multi-function devices with print, scan, copy and fax capabilities
*Adaptability in meeting changing technology
*Internal storage systems that meet industry data security standards and disk overwrite
*Simple billing
*One supplier
*Energy-Star devices
*Reduction in capital investment of over $3,000,000
*Savings in excess of $200,000 per year
