Campus Recreation has developed many different resources for you to keep yourself healthy and active during COVID-19.

Have you ever wanted to attend a Group Fitness class but haven't been able to make the time work (or maybe you didn't want to dance in front of everyone), here's your chance! Check out the Group Fitness website: https://crec.unl.edu/fitness-programs for all sorts of recorded group fitness classes for you to test out from home! I'll be checking out the yoga class, myself.
