The Earthstock Drive-in double feature will show "The Lorax" and "Wall-E" on April 2.

The sixth annual UNL Earthstock festival is a chance for students to learn and grow while participating in events to help nurture and heal our environment. As part of this year's special lineup, UPC Nebraska, in collaboration with Campus Nightlife and ASUN, is excited to host an Earthstock Drive-in Movie.

This double feature exclusive will take place from 8 to 11:30 p.m. at Bob Devaney Sports Center Parking Lot 52. Bring your car to watch the film and enjoy popcorn provided by Campus Nightlife. Attendees will also receive a take-home plant.

"The Lorax", based on the book by Dr. Seuss, follows the citizens of a walled city lacking in plants and fresh air, unaware that outside town there is a wasteland consumed by large factories. This movie is known for its cautionary tale about the dangers of disrespecting the environment and its creatures, while incorporating a whimsical story with lovable characters.

"WALL-E" brings audiences into an imaginary future through the eyes of Pixar Animation studios. This revolutionary piece of animation portrays an apocalyptic Earth deteriorated by overconsumption and greed, while offering hope of a renewed natural environment. Audiences will fall in love with WALL-E and Eve as they abandon their assigned roles and go on a mission across the galaxy.

This event is free for UNL students. Contact Karen Wills, UPC Nebraska Program Coordinator, with any questions or requests for accommodations.
