Martha Shulski, Nebraska State Climate Office director, will join Graham Christensen, of GC Resolve, in presenting the science behind the floods during Nebraska Under Water: The Floods of 2019. The event is set for 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 12 at the Nebraska Union Platte River Room.
