The next Nebraska Water Center Spring Water Seminar Series takes place Feb. 17, and features Doug Crow Ghost, water resources administrator for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

The Nebraska Water Center (NWC), in partnership with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s School of Natural Resources, began its annual Spring Water Seminar Series this February. The series focusses on race, justice and the environment and features Nebraska, national and international speakers. Each seminar will weave water issues into the larger picture. While the series has long been open to the public, due to COVID-19 it will be delivered virtually via Zoom at its regularly scheduled time of 3:30 p.m. every other Wednesday.

The next seminar takes place Feb. 17, and features Doug Crow Ghost, water resources administrator for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
