Black Hills Energy (BHE)recently notified businesses and residents in the neighborhood of planned construction near Hardin Hall. Construction on replacement of a cast iron gas main on 33rd Street from Holdrege to Orchard streets began the week of July 15th.
Randy Kreifels, BHE Construction Coordinator said "We realize construction work can cause some inconveniences and every effort will be made to hold them to a minimum". This work is part of an ongoing plan to upgrade facilities to ensure a safe and reliable system. Work is expected to last three weeks.
