Academic Technologies allows cloud storage for Zoom recordings for one term following the semester in which they were recorded. For example, Zoom recordings from Spring 2021 will be deleted from the cloud on Sept. 30, 2021. Summer 2021 recordings will be deleted on Jan. 15, 2022.
Once deleted, users will have 30 days to restore those recordings and download them for storage elsewhere including OneDrive, and, if course related, VidGrid.
If you have Zoom meeting recordings you would like to keep, download and save them.
Once saved, you can then upload them to Vidgrid or store them in Microsoft OneDrive.
