The Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships will be sharing important updates to the Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experiences program with faculty on Oct. 25, students on Oct. 27, and staff on Nov. 3 via Zoom.

Courtney Santos, director, and Kali Patterson, project coordinator, will discuss program changes and updates for the 2024-2025 application cycle. They will also share strategies for outreach to potential student researchers in your college or department and tips for supporting students in writing effective individual or team-based proposals. After the workshops, recordings will be posted on the UCARE website within 7-10 business days.

The annual UCARE application will launch online in mid-November. Student proposals for faculty-mentored research and creative projects will be due Feb. 15.
