The University of Nebraska Central Administration is making 13 grant awards system wide to support the development of new courses or the revision of existing courses that introduce global or international perspectives to large numbers of students as part of on-campus curriculum. The maximum funding awards are $5,000 for one course, which must be fully approved through campus curriculum committees by fall 2018 and ready to be taught by spring semester 2019. Funds can be used for items such as summer salary (with departmental approval), travel to develop course materials, partial support for a student worker, and books or resources for the course.
