University of Nebraska employees can now access their total compensation statements on Firefly, the university’s business portal.
The statement provides a summary, for benefits-eligible employees, of the individual's total compensation for the 2011 calendar year. Total compensation includes annual earnings plus university benefits such as NUFlex, retirement contributions and leave. The total compensation statement will help give you a fuller picture of the overall value of being an employee at the University of Nebraska.
Access your total compensation statement by logging onto Firefly at https://firefly.nebraska.edu. Click the “Employee Self Service” option, scroll down to the “Payment” section and select the “Total Compensation 2011” option. On the total compensation statement page, click the “FAQ” icon in the upper right corner for additional information.
