Free screening of 'August 8th' is Oct. 25

The UNL Russian Club is offering a free screening of the film "August 8th," 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Nebraska Union. The screening is open to faculty, staff and students.

The film features two alternating parts focused on the South Ossetian conflict — one seen through the eyes of a young boy, the other showing the reality of war and the journey of a heroine.
