In "Grammar and Writing Tool Kit," faculty member Michelle Hassler will lead discussion on avoiding common pitfalls so messages are clear and effective, mastering the guidelines for punctuation and capitalization, and strengthening sentence construction to learn to use words properly. In the afternoon, participants will learn to develop a writing process to help with revisions and time efficiency, decluttering and enlivening writing so it's clear, concise, conversational and interesting; and increasing the readability of all types of messages.
