Poet/human rights activist’s reading is today

The English Department and Creative Writing Program will host a reading by nationally acclaimed poet and human rights activist Carolyn Forche at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3. The reading, in the Great Plains Art Museum, is free and open to the public.

In addition to her public reading, Forche will give a talk, “The Poetry of Witness,” at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3 in the Bailey Library in Andrews Hall. Anyone is welcome to attend.
