This selective program brings together motivated undergraduate students for a high-impact leadership experience focused on career readiness, skill-building, and developing employer connections.
As a participant, you’ll:
•Develop leadership and decision-making skills
•Build practical business knowledge applicable across industries
•Engage directly with employers through interactive experiences
•Learn alongside a cohort of high-achieving peers
The program runs throughout the Fall 2026 semester and includes a weekly seminar along with individualized career and strengths coaching designed to help you grow as both a leader and a future professional.
