■ Our quarterly Women in Kiewit call features various women leaders discussing their work and experience, as well as relevant industry topics and best practices.
■ Companywide mentor network — A space for employees to ask questions, share knowledge and experiences to help each other grow and develop.
OUR COMMUNITIES
■ Educational and Community Outreach — Collaboration with organizations like Girls Inc. and the National Association of Women in Construction to develop educational opportunities to encourage a career in our industry as early
as elementary, middle and high school.
OUR INDUSTRY
■ Annual Women’s Construction and Engineering Leadership Seminar / Future Women in Kiewit Summit provides a two-day Kiewit “Immersion Experience” for female college students in construction and engineering fields to learn about the fundamentals of the business and industry, and what it takes to build a successful, professional career.
