UNL’s Nebraska Food for Health Center and Food Science & Technology Department are studying how foods affect our health and the millions of bacteria that live in our gut.
You may qualify for the study if you are:
-At least 19 years old
-Able to collect and deliver a stool sample to Innovation Campus (1901 N 21st Street) within 4-hrs of collection.
The study involves 2 visits to complete lifestyle surveys, provide a stool sample, and have blood drawn. The total amount of time for visits is approximately 5 ½ hours.
You may receive $60 for your participation.
