The inaugural PGA PGM Alumni Celebration will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017. On Saturday, the Nebraska Cornhuskers will play Rutgers for Homecoming at Memorial Stadium. Before the football game on Saturday, the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR) will host its annual alumni celebration on East Campus. All alumni, family, and friends are invited to both of these celebrations in Lincoln the weekend of Homecoming.
Initial plans are to have a golf tournament on Friday in the early afternoon with a dinner and alumni celebration in the evening at one of our golf facilities in the Lincoln area. The golf event will be a fun social activity to allow everyone to have a great experience and renew friendships or make new ones with individuals associated with the PGA PGM program at UNL.
In the evening, we will recognize the Honor Class of 2007 and hear updates from our alumni who have graduated from our program. We will also provide a short history of the PGA PGM program at UNL and hear from a special guest or two.
Much more information will come out later this fall or early spring about this monumental occasion of UNL's PGA PGM Golf Management Program.
