Justice Department Refocuses on Web Accessibility

The U.S. Justice Department is refocusing on web accessibility, reiterating in a news website that web access is covered within the Americans with Disabilities Act. In late March, DOJ published -- only on its new 'beta' ADA site, which is much more accessible than the current ADA.gov site -- a new Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA resource.
