UNL Campus Recreation hosts three 'free' events this week: Free Body Comps on Nov. 30, Free Swim Night on Dec. 2 and Free Skate Night on Dec. 4. UNL students are admitted free with a valid NCard.

Free Body Comps:
Lean muscle and body fat. How much of each do you have? Learn your numbers during the free Body Comp Testing from 5 to 6 p.m. Nov. 30.

Testing will take place in the Strength Training & Conditioning Room at the Campus Rec Center. A 3-pinch skinfold caliper test will used. Open to all UNL students and CREC members.

Please wear a t-shirt and shorts and refrain from any workout at least 1.5 hours prior to testing (for more accurate results).

You can also schedule a private testing appointment for a different time by calling Dustin (402) 472-6982. Private testing is $5 per person.

Free Swim Night:
Free Family Fun Swim Night from 7 to 9 p.m., Dec. 2 in Mabel Lee Hall pool. The event is free for UNL students and any family with an NCard and $6 per person for the general public.

The next 'Family Fun Swim Night' is Jan. 13.

Skating is free with a valid N-Card and $6 for the general public and guests. Skates are available to rent for $3. Plan to arrive early for this popular event as skates are first come, first serve.
