Extension Educator Emily Manning will present a Babysitting Clinic open to youth ages 10–15 on Tuesday, July 30. It will be from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County conference rooms, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Suite A, Lincoln. Cost is $35 per participant. Please bring a sack lunch as food is not provided.
Participants will:
• Learn about child development.
• Learn how to identify common hazards in the home.
• Be introduced to First Aid & CPR techniques.
• Make a toy for a child.
• Make and enjoy a healthy snack.
• Create a business card for their babysitting business.
• Receive a babysitters workbook.

Payment may be made by sending a check or cash to the Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County office. Checks should be made payable to the University of Nebraska.
