Gen Z & Technology Brownbag

The AAA Best Practices and Professional Development Committee
invites you to attend a brown bag lunch and learn, on Wednesday, March 14, from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in CoB 231, where participants will gain an overview of Generation Z, insight into how students are using technology, as well as how university staff and faculty can better connect with Gen Z students to meet their educational needs.

We’ve invited colleagues from across campus to discuss Generation Z related topics that affect learning, advising, teaching, and programming impacting college staff, faculty and students.

Guest speakers include:

Jenni Brost, Associate Director of New Student Enrollment, who will be providing an overview of Generation Z and sharing NSE’s approach to working with Gen Z.

Ann Callies, Academic Success Coach in the First Year Experience & Transition Programs Office, who will be sharing technology tips and study strategies for Generation Z.

Kate McCown, Assistant Director in the College of Business Teaching and Learning Center, who will be sharing about programming efforts to support Generation Z learning styles and teaching methods.
