Data Power Technology is seeking an inside sales support professional to assist a fast paced growing sales organization. Roles and responsibilities will include supporting the sales team in all aspects of sales, implementation, and post sales support.

Sales (Daily)
Develop a good working knowledge and understanding of the products Data Power Technology offers and how to apply them. Electrical, Controls, Racks, Power Strips, Software, and Mechanical.
·Assimilate quotes

·Field calls from customers and engineers, answer technical questions

·Submittals

·Develop Scopes of Work / Project Plans

·Meet with customers and assist them in evaluating solutions


Implementation (Secondary)
·Coordinate and project manage larger more complex jobs

·Work with contractors, IT professionals, and controls contractors

·Manage the customers experience through the implementation process


Post-Sales Support (Occasionally)
·Help customers resolve post sales support questions, direct them to where they can find answers.


Tools Experiences
Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, or CAD, Project Management Software
