Network and catch up with your fellow graduates of the Math in the Middle and NebraskaMATH programs, including Primarily Math, Nebraska Algebra, and New Teacher Network!

Please say hello to Professor Jim Lewis, who will be stepping down as director of the UNL Center for Science, Mathematics and Computer Education this summer to focus on the STEM CONNECT grant for undergraduates. Lewis has been director of the CSMCE since 2004. The reunion open house is in the afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 4.

The Summit will be held in-person at the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center, 2021 Transformation Drive in Lincoln, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. A conference pre-session will take place on Friday evening, June 3, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites. The Summit now features four distinguished plenary speakers: Felicia Moore Mensah of Columbia University, Amanda Morales of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Hortensia Soto of Colorado State University, and Mona Toncheff, past president of the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics. Hortensia Soto will give her plenary on Friday evening.

Registration is now open. The registration fee for the conference is $60 per person, but the form does have an option for a fee waiver request. The conference will cover a one-night stay for Friday, June 3, and breakfast at the hotel for a limited number of participants. The online link to reserve a room is included in the registration form.
