The Buros Center for Testing and the Nebraska Academy for Methodology, Analytics and Psychometrics invite you to a live webinar on artificial intelligence.

On Friday, March 1, 2024, a panel of five psychologists with expertise in various fields will lead a virtual presentation, "AI-Based Assessment: Promises, Progress and Pitfalls."

Artificial Intelligence (AI) assessment applications are becoming ubiquitous in testing and assessment in healthcare, education and business. But there is still much to learn about how AI can enhance or hamper the assessment process in these contexts.

This webinar will provide researchers and practitioners an opportunity to learn more about the advantages and disadvantages of using AI-based assessment.

Webinar panelists:
Kristen DiCerbo, Khan Academy
Qiwei He, Georgetown University
Ivan Hernandez, Virginia Tech University
Richard Landers, University of Minnesota
Matteo Malgaroli, NYU Grossman School of Medicine

The presentation is free for those who are part of the University of Nebraska system, but registration is required.

Continuing education (CE) credit for this program is available upon request from the Buros Center for Testing.
