Decker Sports is looking for a creative but experienced individual to join our team. Designers are expected to complete all assigned tasks on time as well as provide a creative influence that provides our customers with outside-the-box concepts. As a growing company in a highly competitive industry, we need to set ourselves apart from the competition through the use of creative and modern styles. Designer’s responsibilities will include:
> Conceptualize and create innovative designs for a variety of projects spanning uniform design, footwear design, apparel design, marketing campaigns, product launches, web/digital assets and internal programs right through to execution. Produce broad range of creative work including print/digital assets, video, PowerPoint presentations, marketing flyers and product photography- Innovate and elevate our visual design system, push forth new ideas and articulate artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction.
> Collaborate with Internal Sales representatives to maximize effective sales strategies through mock-ups and other sales creative such as flyers, videos and other promotions.
> Efficiency is a requirement of this position. Failure to complete tasks on time and correctly, result in loss of potential revenue for the company. To be successful applicants must take an extremely important outlook to completing deadlines on time. Additionally, staying ahead and working forward are always encouraged.

Must have moderate skills using: Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: Illustrator and Photoshop.
