Nebraska Educational Telecommunications (NET)/University Television is accepting applications for an Education Student Worker.
Role Description:
> Assist in the design, production, and update of online educational content for a variety of platforms (including websites, digital repositories, and open educational resources).
> Update Educational lesson plans, instructional guides and content provided by educational specialists including but not limited to Nebraska Studies, Nebraska Virtual Capitol, etc.
> Format and update visual content, including photos, videos, etc. with a variety of photo and video editing tools.
> Update, edit, format and catalog digital metadata content from educational specialists for the PBS Learning Media Library and other educational resource platforms.
> Applicant must have access to the internet and be able to work independently on a remote basis until otherwise indicated. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Applicant should be familiar in web content production and a variety of CMS structures, photo, and video editing as well as a working knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, search optimization and possess strong communications skills.
