Perform network and server support for NET computer systems. Maintain and configure firewalls, routers, enterprise networking, proxies, VPN, PBX, Citrix, and fiber connectivity. Design, install and integrate systems for the NET Network Operations Center and Transmission sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems for the Network Operations and Production System. Install, load and configure new servers and computer hardware to be used in the network operations center.
Install computer hardware and software, provide maintenance for PC’s, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals for NET. Provide end user support for enterprise level applications and Avid editing applications. Research information pertaining to the integration of computer hardware and software for the Avid Unity Editing environment. Provide technical support for the IS Helpdesk and Avid editing platform users. Create and maintain images used to load NET’s computer hardware. Move computer hardware and help maintain the computer hardware and software inventory.
