Fall Sports Internship, Time Warner Cable Lincoln

Receive college credit and get on-the-job training in different aspects of sports production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist operations team on remote field productions including set-up, strike, and troubleshooting of remote equipment.
• Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting procedures for master control, studios and production trucks.
• Edit video for daily shows and event packages.

• Go on assignment with Video Journalists to learn camera and interviewing skills.

• Shadow various other studio positions to see how equipment operates.

• Assist Production staff with various aspects of preparation for produced events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED.


• Must be currently enrolled in a communications and/or journalism program at an accredited college or university.


• Must receive academic course credit.
