Digital Events Assistant - planitomaha (Omaha, NE)

We are looking for a digital event assistant who can commit 20 hours in our office & have a flexible schedule to go along with our event schedule.

An ideal candidate must be of junior or senior standing. Digital Event Assistants will help with the coordination of planitomaha’s customized online registration platform, including reviewing and editing content of event marketing and registration websites and related email campaigns. Candidates should have a familiarity with the digital environment and a strong interest in learning about website and project management.

Some preferred skills we look for in an intern include but are not limited to:
> Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, marketing and public relations basics, and advanced knowledge about Microsoft Office software.
> Professional phone and email skills.
> Strong attention to detail.
> Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
> Strong organizational skills.
> Customer service experience preferred.
> Ability to remain organized, creative, and innovative in a fast-paced office environment.
> Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, a plus.
