Congratulations to the two Lancaster County 4‑H Clubs who received Nebraska 4‑H Foundation’s “Hands for Larger Service” awards: Fusion 4‑H’ers and 4‑H Teen Council. Each club will receive a $500 grant to be used for a service project as described in the award application form completed by the club. This year, the awards replace Nebraska 4‑H Foundation’s former Governor’s Agricultural Excellence Awards. The awards are sponsored by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) and provide funding for 4‑H clubs to complete projects that will have a lasting impact on their communities.
