The panel will be educational in nature and expose the audience to what issues arise in a typical day of a lawyer who works in Immigration Law. We expect the panelists to talk about special procedural issues, constitutional issues, and public policy issues. If there is time, the panelists will be asked to talk about a current bill being discussed in Nebraska and the constitutional implications and the effects of the bill on Immigration Law in Nebraska.
