Congratulations! Josh Roorda, Champion Loader Operator

Congratulations to Josh Roorda, City of Papillion, for placing first in the APWA National Equipment Roadeo held at Western Snow and Ice last week in Loveland, Colorado. Josh's trip was sponsored by the Nebraska Chapter of the APWA as he won the state-level event held in Hastings as a part of the Nebraska Winter Maintenance Workshop in June.
