The American Public Works Association (APWA), in collaboration with the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Engineering and Carl Vinson Institute of Government wish to better understand roadway maintenance practices utilized by local governments. With the data collected from this survey, it is the objective of the APWA and UGA to provide local agencies with an organized and collected asset management source to address resource challenges and other major obstacles associated with local roadway maintenance.
The goal of this work is to create a guide and other resources to better support local agencies in managing and maintaining their local roadway network.
