M.S. in Biostatistics at Case Western Reserve University
The M.S. in Biostatistics at Case Western Reserve University is an applied program that prepares students for a career applying statistical methods to health care and clinical research. It is a way for people who love math/stats, data and getting answers to important questions to save lives and improve the health of the population. Careers are in industry (pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations), academic medical centers (e.g. leading hospitals like our Cleveland Clinic), Universities, government (e.g. National Institutes of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), and even biotech companies. Our graduates also go on to funded PhD slots at top Universities. Recent graduates, for example, went on to fully funded PhD slots at Washington University in St. Louis, and the University of North Carolina.
