Pride In The Workplace

Pride in the Workplace is an updated program with come and go, inclusion-oriented mini-sessions on The Job Search, Interviewing, Career Development, and Networking, followed by a reception with appetizers and refreshments where alumni and students can meet and mix. That is followed by another opportunity for alumni, faculty, and staff to meet and mix over appetizers and refreshments from the bar.

It’s all conveniently located in the NE Alumni Association Wick Center. We have panelists from Yahoo!, Ameritas, Civic Nebraska, Union Pacific, and UNL and UNO. Those are just the panelists; alumni from many organizations will be there for their own networking purposes along with their sincere interest in mentoring students, which is something the new Alumni Pride Group has clearly expressed.

Pride in the Workplace is Wednesday, October 5th, beginning at 3 pm in the Nebraska Alumni Association Wick Center (1520 R Street, Lincoln, NE 68508).
