Creating Opportunities in Mathematics for Equity & Inclusion (COME-In) is a community of leaders in the mathematical sciences working together to build an equitable and inclusive mathematical profession. It supports transformative change in mathematics departments with a framework to conduct holistic self-assessments of policies, practices, and outcomes and to lead for change on issues related to equity and and inclusion. COME-In equips leaders to engage in a deep-dive strategic planning process through a structured yet flexible set of tools, supports, and professional development

COME-In pairs department leaders with trained consultants who work together to build department teams and engage in an ongoing process of transformation to build a more equitable and inclusive mathematical ecosystem.
