
The NASA Nebraska Space Grant is bringing the documentary Spacewoman to Omaha and offering an amazing opportunity for local students to meet Eileen Collins to learn more about her journey!
An Evening with Eileen Collins will take place at 7:30 p.m. on March 26 in the Embassy Suite Conference Center in La Vista, Nebraska. Collins will speak exclusively with local students about her journey as the first woman to pilot and command the Space Shuttle. Tickets are $5 for students and $15 for parent/guardians/chaperones that are accompanying students.
Spacewoman, the documentary highlighting Collins's journey, will be open to the public with two screening at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on March 26 at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Omaha, Nebraska. Spacewoman showcases the extraordinary journey of Collins career and all of her achievements. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for general admission.
