  • Professional development and leadership opportunity for Nebraska 6-12 science educators
  • Create a repository of standards-aligne/d lesson plans featuring Nebraska agricultural connections
  • Supported by Nebraska agriculture industry leaders

What participants will experience
  • Field trips to local farms and agriculture industries
  • Collaborate with agriculture industry experts and fellow educators
  • Integrate Nebraska-specific agricultural connections into science curriculum

Eligibility
  • Current Nebraska middle or high school science or agriculture teacher
  • Commitment to attend virtual preparation activities and immersive
    experience
  • Interest in teaching agriculture-focused science curriculum

  • Writer’s workshop (optional): June 18
