Stay informed by attending “What the Health,” a series of 30-minute interactive Zoom webinars hosted by the University Health Center.
Once a month, a health center expert will lead a brief discussion about a different trending health topic. You’ll learn the facts and get tips to live a healthier lifestyle. The webinar concludes with a Q&A where you can get your questions answered anonymously.
Fall semester topics include:
- How to get what you need out of going to the doctor – Sept. 22, 5:30 to 6 p.m.
- Vitamins: What to take and what you can skip – Oct. 25, 5:30 to 6 p.m.
- How to use your health insurance – Nov. 10, 5:30 to 6 p.m.
- How to reduce stress and get more sleep – Dec. 8, 5:30 to 6 p.m.
