
Campus Recreation is hosting four free activities for Huskers to explore a variety of fitness practices at the introductory level.
Absolutely no prior experience is necessary. As the names suggest, each event will cover the "basics" of the beginner exercises, poses & stretches; the equipment & gear used in the workouts; and instructors will answer questions of the attendees.
