Caribbean Cuisine- Cooking 101

All aboard! Come take a "cruise" with us South of the boarder to the Caribbean! On February 19th, learn from an expert on how to master 3 Caribbean dishes and even make your own Caribbean potato balls. Join us in the Great Plains Room in the East Campus Union at 6:00 PM and don't worry there'll be plenty of samples to go around! Get ready for a Caribbean celebration! The participate fee is $5 for students, $10 for non-students. Payment is available on-line with an additional $1.00 to cover processing charges. Registration is limited and is on a first come, first serve bases. Registration closes on February 14, 2014.
