Due to the popularity of the competition and the creative dishes inspired, Dining Services plans to continue to offer a competition for staff development. While most of the campus was closed due to COVID-19 in summer 2020, Pat McManus saw an opportunity to teach his staff at Harper Dining Center the fundamentals of culinary arts.
