You know your student is ready to make a great impression, so tell them!

Why tell your student about the Career Fairs, they hear about them don’t they? Yes, they do, but there are good reasons for you to remind them, along with offering a little encouragement.

Three reasons to tell your student about the Career Fairs:

1 | They may not think it is for them.
No matter their year in school, the fairs are a learning experience. Opportunities of all kinds are represented at the fairs, and employers are looking for their talent.

2 | You see their potential.
But they may not, so give them that extra nudge. They just need to recognize that they are career ready, whether it is for an internship or full-time job.

3 | You understand the importance of connections.
Personal connections are best made in person, like at a career fair where employers attend with a goal of connecting with students.
