The Muslim Students Association will present an open forum "Do You Know Your Muslim Neighbor?" at 7 p.m., March 29 in the Nebraska Union. The forum is part of the MSA's Islam Awareness Week. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
The presentation will feature a student panel of Muslims from around the world. The panel will talk about how Islam plays a role in their lives and how it compares from nation to nation. They'll share personal experiences and run-ins dealing with negative stigmas attached to Islam.
