
UNL's Food Science Club is holding an artisan bread sale, 10 a.m .to 4 p.m. April 19-20 in the East Union. The sale will include baguettes, ciabatta rolls and rustic bread with raisin and cinnamon. The club is also accepting bread sale orders through April 1.
