The Plant Pathology Department's Spring Seminar series continues April 25 with a lecture by UNL graduate student Tania Toruno. The lecture, "Pseudomonas HopA1 Effector Suppresses Plant Immunity and Resembles Phosphothreonine Lyases from Animal Pathogens," is 4 p.m. in 264 Keim Hall.
Toruno is part of James Alfano's research group.
Lectures in the series are free and open to the public.
