TAs for 2017-18 Nick St. Onge and Cordell Weber

The PGA Golf Management Program at UNL is blessed to have the help of two fantastic Teaching Assistants! These two do a tremendous job of working one-on-one with all of the students in the program and providing that extra touch that can only come from the student perspective.

Senior student, Nick St. Onge comes from Cheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Nick started the program in the Fall of 2014 and has excelled in all facets of the program. Currently serving as the PGA Golf Management Student Club President, Nick has been a strong leader in the program and someone that all of the other students have looked up to as a role model. Nick has completed internships at Forest Highlands Golf Club in Flagstaff, AZ and Whistling Straits Golf Club in Sheboygan, WI where he will return to finish up his internship requirements and help to prepare for the 2020 Ryder Cup.

A senior student by standing but a second-year student in the program, Cordell Weber comes to us as a transfer student from SDSU and calls the town of Welcome, Minnesota “home”. Cordell is currently serving as the Vice President of the Student Club and has been another very strong role model for students in the program. Always ambitious and eager to help students, Cordell had been a perfect Teaching Assistant. Cordell has completed an internship working with the Nebraska Section of the PGA of America and is looking at several very promising possibilities for his next internship including locations abroad!

We are very lucky to have both of these fine young gentlemen on our team as we endeavor to prepare the next generation of great PGA Professionals!
